Major website updates! I am finally in the last stages of a major website overhaul. You will find LOTS of new designs in the wedding gallery, PLUS I have sectioned off the "Designs" page to include Wedding, Baby, Special Occasion, and..........Stationery! (Which will be up soon.) Admire Design will be at the ESTOccasions 2nd Annual Bridal Open House held on the University of Connecticut campus, at the Alumni Center. New Designs! I have added 2 new designs to the gallery - "Garden" and "Ginkgo" - both perfect for spring weddings. Yes, I know we are barely into fall, but I guess I am in the spring mood, besides with weddings you are always a couple seasons ahead, right? Garden is a very femenine design, I like to think it's a play on traditional Wedgwood pieces with the floral motif and sample colors of blue and white. Ginkgo is more contemporary, with a very simple leaf motif and airy text. You can view the new designs by clicking one of the two links below, or just click here to visit the gallery.

One of my brides is getting married this Saturday, August 30! Congratulations to Jessica & Matt! I hope your day is all you imagined it to be and more. With Jessica in mind, I want to share the very special and fun idea she used for her table numbers. Instead of just making the numbers sequential (1, 2, 3...), each table number is unique to something about the couple. For example you can use your ages combined, or the number of your house, or the date of the day you got engaged. I took a picture of her numbers before they were packaged up to be delivered.

I can't believe it's time for back to school already. There is something about this time of year that always has me wanting to buy school supplies. I remember shopping for Trapper Keepers and lined paper with the rounded corners, a box of unsharpened pencils and some oversized erasers with pretty designs that wouldn't actually even erase. Well in honor of the ever important ABC's I want to mention today my happy addition to the type library! "Feel Script" by Alejandro Paul is flowing, flirty and versatile, and you can see examples of this fabulous font throughout the site. (*See "The Blog" headline above for example.)

I am in the middle of assembling the most adorable bridal shower invitations. They are made with Blush Pink folded cards, White Micah card stock and Rubelite envelopes. (For those of you who are not fluent in Envelopments® colors, that is like hot pink.) Anyways they are based on the Fleur design and look like cotton candy. Yum. I wanted to mention today that I have added a bridal testimonials page to the site. It's in that link up there called "Brides." Three of my most fabulous brides sent them in to me. Hello to Kai, Jessica, and...Jessica!
